他汀类药物多效性在心血管疾病中应用的研究进展

摘要

Statins have laid the foundation status in the level one and level two prevention of coronary heart disease( CAHD ). It is universally recognized as the primary mechanism to get clinical benefit that statins can significantly reduce levels of serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. However,with the development of basic research and evidence-based medicine in recent years,more and more evidences suggest that statins have pleiotropic effects independent from cholesterol lowering. The pleiotropic effects of statins have played an important role in preventing and treating atherosclerosis,CAHD,arrhythmia, myocardial hypertrophy, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases.%他汀类药物在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)一级、二级预防中已奠定了基石地位,降低血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平被公认为是临床获益的首要机制.然而,近年来越来越多的基础研究和循证医学证据表明,他汀类药物还具有独立于调脂作用之外的多种疗效,此多效性在动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心律失常、心肌肥厚、心力衰竭等防治中发挥重要作用.
