目的 探讨半量甘露醇联合七叶皂苷钠对骨筋膜室综合征早期治疗的临床效果.方法 选择单一肢体损伤患者36例,随机分为三组:单用七叶皂苷钠组12例(A组),单用半量甘露醇组12例(B组),七叶皂苷钠与半量甘露醇联合应用组12例(C组).对36例患者的临床指标进行分析,比较肢体治疗前后的患肢周径差、平均治疗时间和临床表现.结果 治疗48 h与治疗前周径差值比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).三组患者治疗时间比较差异有统计学意义,联合组在不同治疗时间段上明显少于单用七叶皂苷钠组和半量甘露醇组.结论 联合使用半量甘露醇及七叶皂苷钠较各单用组更有效地缓解骨筋膜室综合征的临床症状,明显减轻患者的痛苦,具有临床使用价值.%Objective To study the clinical effect of combined half dose of mannitol with sodium aescinate on early stages of compartment syndrome. Methods 36 cases of single-limb injury were randomly divided into three groups-A,B,C group: 12 cases of single sodium aescinate group( group α ),12 cases of single-use half the amount of mannitol( group B ), 12 cases of sodium aescinate in combination with half the amount of mannitol( group C ). Injured limb circumference, average treatment time and clinical performance of the 36 cases before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The circumference was significantly different P <0. 05 )before and 48 hours after treatment, differences between the groups were satististically significant P <0.05 ). Treatment time of three groups were significantly different and combined medication group was obviously shorter than single medication groups. Conclusion The use of half the amount of mannitol and sodium aescinate group is more effective in relief of clinical symptoms of compartment syndrome than single use of either drug, which significantly reduces the suffering of patients with clinical value.
