Objective To investigate the efficary of AF pedirle screw fixation systems lor thoracolumbar spine lracture. Methods 76 thoracoriimbar spine fractures patients admitted to our hospital were treated with AF pedirle sriew fixation system,and the rliniral efficacy was analyzed. Results 65 patients who were lol-lowed up had no significant pain in the fracture site,8 patients had moderate pain and 3 patients had mild pain. The front and bark convex height in vertebra oi the patient were 42.1% and 92.3% preoperatively, and tinned to 86. 29c and 98. 39c after operation. Cobb angle ol patients was reduced liom( 23. 5 ±3.5 )'-' before operation to( 1. 8 ± 0. 8 )°after operation with significant dirlerences( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion AF thoracoriimbar spine fractures using pedicle screw fixation system as treatment, can improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis.%目的 探讨AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统对胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效.方法 对我院收治的76例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采用AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统进行治疗,并对其临床疗效进行分析.结果 65例患者随访中骨折部位无明显疼痛,中度疼痛者8例,轻度疼痛者3例;患者椎体前后凸高度分别由术前的42.1%、92.3%恢复到术后的86.2%、98.3%;患者Cobb角由术前的(23.5±3.5)°降低到术后的(1.8±0.8)°,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对胸腰段脊柱骨折采用AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统进行治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善患者预后.
