扩散张量成像鉴别脑白质疏松症及急性腔隙性脑梗死的研究进展

摘要

近年来,磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)技术在辅助诊断脑白质病变方面有了新的研究进展,尤其在脑白质疏松症(LA)、急性腔隙性脑梗死等脑白质缺血性疾病的诊断中,相对以往的CT及常规磁共振成像技术发现病灶更早,诊断病变性质更准,已成为国内外研究的热点.现对应用DTI鉴别LA及急性腔隙性脑梗死的研究进展进行综述.%For the past few years, there have been new progress in diagnosing leukodystrophy by MR diffusion tensor imaging( DTI ),especially in leukoaraiosis( LA )and acute lacunar infarction etc. . DTT can discover process much earlier and more accurately than CT and the routine MRI, which has become a hot research topic. Here is to make a review on the recent research progress in the diagnostic value of DTI in identifying the acute lacunar infarction and LA.
