脑中风患者舌诊研究的概述

摘要

Tongue demonstration is an objective and intuitive indicator in Chinese medicine for syndrome differentiation. It is an important index which can reveal the physiques and natural endowment of patients, help clinical discrimination and diagnosis,predict the progress and prognosis of illness. As a target which is used to reflect the clinical features and prognosis of stroke patients,tongue diagnosis plays an important role in both judging incidence of stroke etiology pathogenesis, clinical outcome and prognosis of preventive health care. Here is to summarize the researches for tongue diagnosis and stroke including theory, clinical features and laboratory studies, describing different stroke patients with different tongue manifestations which indicate different pathogenesis, different characteristics and different trends.%舌诊是中医诊断中客观且直观的辨证依据,能反映人体正气盛衰、病邪深浅、邪气性质以及病情的进退,作为脑中风患者临床特点及预后的观察指标,舌诊在判断脑中风患者发病的病因病机、临床的预后转归及预防保健中都起着重要的作用.现就近年舌诊与脑中风的相关研究,从理论、临床特点、实验室研究三方面系统总结阐述了脑中风患者不同病机、不同病性及不同病势下的舌象表现,对脑中风患者的舌诊研究进行概述.
