放射性125I粒子在头颈部恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用现状与进展

摘要:放射性125I粒子植入术已越来越广泛地被应用于头颈部恶性肿瘤的治疗.了解125I粒子在头颈肿瘤中的应用现状及进展,了解其并发症及安全性非常重要.在临床治疗中,医师应掌握好125I粒子应用的适应证,制订准确的术前植入计划,合理利用影像学资料、B超、CT等辅助技术,充分了解125I粒子可能发生的并发症以避免之,从而达到最佳的治疗效果.%Radioactive 125I seed implantation has been applied to the treatment of head and neck malignant tumor more and more extensively. It is necessary for the doctors to know the application progress, complications and safety of the 125I seed implantation technique. In the clinical practice, doctors should grasp the indications of this technique, make accurate implantation plan, use the ultrasonography and CT technique appropriately, and know the possible complications to avoid them,in order to achieve the best treatment effect.
