脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的循证康复治疗技术

摘要

Stroke in the elderly is a common and frequently-occurring disease,which is the leading cause of death. About 60% to 80% of the stroke survivors have varying degrees of physical dysfunction, severely affecting the quality of their life and bringing a heavy burden on families and society. Currently,there are a lot of rehabilitation technologies for limb dysfunction after stroke,while some have good effects and some are still under exploration. Here is to make a brief review on evidence-based rehabilitation technology of physical dysfunction in and out of China.%脑卒中是中老年人的常见病、多发病,是目前人类主要死亡原因之一.脑卒中幸存者中60% ～80%出现不同程度的肢体功能障碍,严重影响其生存质量,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担.目前脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的康复治疗技术很多,有的疗效较好,有的尚在探讨中.现就国内外在肢体功能障碍的循证康复治疗技术方面的研究进行综述.
