黄芪治疗慢性肝病的研究进展

摘要

Chronic liver disease is a serious threat to human health,and traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of this disease,which has showed comprehensive therapeutic advantage in anti-inflammation,anti liver fibrosis,liver-protecting and immunity adjustment.Astragalus is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine,it not only has a long history for application,but also is researched deeply by modern pharmacology.Here is to summarize the literatures about Astragalus for chronic liver disease by effective components,single herb,compound of astragalus,to provide reference for experimental research and clinical application.%慢性肝病是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病,中药在治疗慢性肝病中发挥着重要作用,在抗炎、抗肝纤维化、保肝以及免疫调节方面显示出综合治疗优势.黄芪作为一味应用较广的中药,不仅有悠久的应用历史,而且现代药理也对其进行了较深的研究.该文就黄芪的有效成分、单味中药、复方治疗慢性肝病的文献进行归纳总结,为实验研究和临床应用提供参考.
