目的 探讨血浆胃泌素、胃动素和骨钙素在溃疡病中的意义.方法 Wistar大鼠40只,随机取30只制作胃溃疡模型,每组10只,分别于术后10、20、40 d时采血;10只制作假溃疡模型,术后10 d时采血.分离血浆后采用双抗法检测胃泌素、放免非平衡法检测胃动素和骨钙素水平.结果 血浆胃泌素在胃溃疡形成时下降,溃疡愈合时反弹.胃动素在溃疡形成后第10天升高,第20天开始愈合时呈高峰,第40天溃疡愈合后恢复至正常水平.骨钙素在溃疡活动期迅速升高后在愈合期快速恢复至正常水平.结论 在大鼠胃溃疡形成和愈合过程中,血浆胃泌素、胃动素和骨钙素水平显示出明显的时相变化,这可能与溃疡的发生、愈合过程及其症状的产生有着密切关系.%Objective To explore the meaning of plasma levels of gastrin,motilin and osteocalcin in rats with gastric ulcer.Methods Froty Wistar rats were selected and 30 were randomly divided into three group ( 10 rats in each group )to copy gastric ulcer models.Other 10 rats were false ulcer models.The hlood was collected from the model groups after 10 days,20 days and 40 days.The blood was also obtained from the false models after 10 days.Finally, plasma levels of gastrin, motilin and osteocalcin were measured by double antibody method and radio-immunoassay.Results The plasma level of gastrin was decreased significantly at the early stage of gastric ulcer formation and rebound at the stage of healing.The plasma level of motilin was elevated at the 10th day after gastric ulcer formation,reached the peak level at the 20th day,when the ulcer began to heal,and restored to normal levels at the 40th day,when the ulcer was healed.The plasma osteocalcin concentration was rapidly increased at the active phase of the ulcer and recovered to normal range at the healing phase.Conclusion There was remarkable phase alteration in plasma levels of gastrin, motilin and osteocalcin during the development and the healing stage of gastric ulcer in rats,which may be closely related with the development and healing, as well as the symptoms, of the gastric ulcer.
