摘要

Tamoxifen is one of the most effective medicines in breast cancer endocrine therapy, which can induce benign or malignant gynecologic diseases. Because breast cancer and gynecologic diseases belong to surgery department and obstetrics and gynecology respectively, usually the doctors could not pay attention or be familiar with the tamoxifen related gynecologic diseases, therefore the review on related issues is necessary to endocrine therapy medicine research of breast cancer, improving the survival rate and quality of life, decreasing or avoiding the occurrence, early diagnosis and therapy of serious gynecologic diseases.%三苯氧胺是乳腺癌内分泌治疗的最主要药物之一,可诱发相关妇科良、恶性疾病.由于乳腺癌、妇科疾病分别归属于外科和妇产科诊治,对该类疾病重视不够、了解不足.进行相关总结,有利于乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的研发改善乳腺癌患者的生存质量,对于防范女性生殖器官严重疾病的发生、早期诊治等均具有重要意义.
