帕金森病体外细胞模型

摘要

帕金森病(PD)体外细胞模型种类繁多,比较常见的建模细胞系有非神经元性肿瘤细胞系(大鼠的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤12细胞),神经元性肿瘤细胞系(神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y、原代中脑细胞)及原代小胶质细胞(构建炎症-免疫异常细胞模型),另外一种新的PD体外细胞模型--诱导的多能干细胞来源的细胞模型也在进一步研究中.%There are many types of in vitro models of Parkinson disease. Some of thecommon cell lines are non-neuronal tumor cell lines which are representative of rat adrenal pheochromocytoma PC 12 cells,neu-ronal tumor cell lines which are representative of neuroblastoma tumor cell SH-SY5Y and primary brain cells, and primary glial cells which are used for building inflammation-immune cell models. Besides, a new in vitro model originated from induced pluripotent stem cell is also in further study.
