'二次打击'假说与非酒精性脂肪肝

摘要

As the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( INAFLD ) has been increasing, the research on the pathogenesis of the disease has become the hotspot. The pathogenesis of NAFLD is not fully understood, but the working hypothesis of "two hits" is accepted by most scholars, which suggests that insulin resistance, oxidative stress,and lipid preoxidation are important links in the pathogenesis.%非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种无过量饮酒史,以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂肪贮积为特征的临床病理综合征.随着本病发生率的日益增高,关于其发病机制的研究也成为本病的研究热点.NAFLD的发病为多因素共同作用的结果,其机制极为复杂,目前仍处于假说阶段.其中"二次打击"假说被大多数学者所接受.该假说认为,胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激及脂质过氧化可能是本病发病过程中的重要环节.
