脂联素与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究进展

摘要

Adiponectin is a kind of cytokines synthesized and secreted by fat specific cell,with the functions of anti-inflammatory, resistance to insulin resistance, anti-atherosclerosis, which is closely related with cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes. A recent study shows adiponectin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD )which provides a new way and method for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.%脂联素是由脂肪特异细胞合成和分泌的一种细胞因子,具有抗炎、对抗胰岛素抵抗、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,与糖尿病、心血管疾病、高血压疾病密切相关.近期研究发现,脂联素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,这可能为COPD的诊断和治疗提供新的途径和方法.
