三踝关节骨折的手术治疗

摘要

目的 评价三踝骨折切开复位内固定的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2004年10月至2011年10月在启东市中医院行切开复位克氏针钢板内固定术治疗的24例三踝骨折患者的临床资料.结果 24例患者均随访6 ～12个月,根据美国骨科足与踝关节协会评分标准,本组病例优15例,良6例,可3例,优良率为87.5%.结论 早期的解剖复位内固定+积极功能锻炼可使三踝骨折的治疗取得满意疗效.%Objective To evaluate the curative effect of trimalleolar fracture with open reduction and internal fixation. Methods The clinical information of 24 cases of trimalleolar fractures admitted in October 2004 to October 2011 to Qidong TCM who received open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation plate were reviewed. Results All 24 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. According to the American orthopedic foot and ankle association scoring standards,the results were rated as excellent in 15 cases,good in 6,and fair in 3,with the good-excellent rate being 87.5%. Conclusion Early internal fixation and active functional exercise can make the trimalleolar fracture treatment achieve satisfactory results.
