鼻腔冲洗法在小儿常见疾病的运用进展

摘要

鼻腔冲洗是一种呼吸道疾病常见的外治方法，能改善症状、清洁鼻腔、恢复鼻黏膜功能。由于该法运用有效，操作简便，对于有鼻部疾病的患儿来说，它是一种安全、易接受的治疗，故现今被广泛运用于儿科常见疾病治疗中。除了众所周知的鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎等鼻部疾患，一线临床医师还将该法用于治疗小儿哮喘、分泌性中耳炎、支气管肺炎等疾病。该文将近年有关鼻腔冲洗在儿科临床运用治疗的相关文献，从鼻腔冲洗的作用机制、冲洗治疗的适应证等方面予以综述。%Nasal irrigation is a common medication treatment which by means of a device. It can improve symptoms,clean nostrils and recovery nasal mucosa function. Because the law is effective,easy to operate,this method is also widely used in pediatric treatment of related diseases. Except to treatment the sinusitis and an-aphylactic rhinitis,doctors also use it in children asthema,secretory otitis media and pneumonia. Now in re-cent years about nasal irrigation in the treatment of pediatric clinical use paper,Flushing mechanism from the nasal rinse,treatment indications were reviewed.
