摘要

心肌营养因子1(CT -1)是影响胚胎时期心脏发育的重要因素，具有抑制心肌细胞凋亡、促进细胞肥大等多种生物学效应，是多种心血管疾病的重要影响因子。经过近30年的研究，发现其不仅在心血管领域发挥显著的作用，还对呼吸、神经、血液等多个系统产生重要的影响。%Cardiotrophin-1 is an important factor that affects heart development during embryogen-esis. It plays an important role in varieties of cardiovascular diseases with it's wide range of biological effects such as inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis,promoting cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and so on. Af-ter nearly 30 years of effort,it was found that cardiotrophin -1 played a significant role not only in the field of cardiovascular,but also in the system of respiratory,nervous,hematologic,et al.
