分水岭脑梗死的研究进展

摘要

分水岭脑梗死( CWSI)是一种临床常见的缺血性脑卒中，它不同于一般的脑梗死，早期学者已对其进行较为深入的研究，但其病因、发病机制仍存在争论，现在更倾向于多种机制共同作用导致CWSI的发生。随着社会老龄化的加剧及影像学检查技术的进步，医师和学者更应重视CWSI及更深入地了解CWSI。 CWSI的病因较为复杂，新的观点认为脑血流灌注量降低及微栓子栓塞是形成CWSI的重要原因，不同病因的临床表现及治疗方案随之不同，需做到有针对性地治疗。%CWSI is a kind of cerebral vascular disease which is different from general cerebral infarc-tion. Early scholars has done great work on it, But its etiology and pathogenesis is still controversy. Now more researches tend to prove that a variety of mechanisms work together to cause the CWSI. with the increasing of aging society and we know more about CWSI,doctor and scholar shoud pay more attention on it. The causes of CWSI are complicated, the new view is that the reduced cerebral blood flow and micro-emboli embolism are the important reason for the formation of CWSI Different causes have different clinical manifestations and treatment programs. It needs a targeted therapy.
