椎体终板结构变化在椎间盘退变中的作用机制研究进展

摘要

营养供应障碍是椎间盘退变的原因之一。椎体终板是椎间盘营养通路中的重要组成部分，其结构的变化对椎间盘营养通路有重要影响，因此研究椎体终板结构对揭示椎间盘营养供应障碍的原因有重要意义。该文通过对椎体终板与椎间盘营养相关的文献进行综述，希望能够对这方面进一步的研究提供帮助。%The insufficient nutrition supply is considered one of the reasons of intervertebral disc degen-eration. Vertebral endpate is an important part of the nutrition supply pathway, and its changes may influence the nutrition supply to intervertebral disc. The investigation of vertebral endplate can help elucidate the mech-anism of loss of disc nutrition supply. This article reviews the literatures of vertebral endplate and disc nutri-tion with hope to help further study.
