微小染色体维持蛋白在卵巢癌中的研究进展

             

摘要

Minichromosome maintenance protein ( MCM ) is an essential regulator in eukaryotic DNA replication ,which plays an important role in the initiation and extension of DNA replication .It is expressed in the cells with proliferative activity , and ensures DNA replication occurs only once in the cell cycle .When some factors lead to abnormity of MCM protein ,the cell in resting stage will be back into the cell cycle ,and the replication of DNA is in an abnormal status,which results in tumor.So MCM protein is considered to be a new kind of tumor markers.In recent years,studies have found that MCM protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,and is associated with the targeted therapy for it,thus,it brings a broad prospect to the treatment for ovarian cancer.%微小染色体维持蛋白( MCM蛋白)是真核生物DNA复制的主要调节因子,在 DNA复制起始和延伸过程中发挥重要作用。其表达于有增殖活性的细胞中,并保证一次细胞周期中 DNA的复制只发生一次,当某些因素引起MCM蛋白发生异常时,处于静止期的细胞重新进入细胞周期,DNA异常复制,最终导致肿瘤的发生,所以MCM蛋白被认为是一种新的肿瘤标志物。 MCM 蛋白与卵巢癌的发生、发展密切相关,并与卵巢癌的靶向治疗有关,从而为卵巢癌的治疗带来新的希望。
