超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后年龄相关性白内障患者运动视标分辨力的变化

摘要

目的：探讨超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体（ IOL）植入术后年龄相关性白内障患者运动视标分辨力的变化。方法选取2014年4～8月解放军第四七四医院收治的接受超声乳化白内障吸除联合IOL植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者20例作为治疗组，同期接受健康体检且未合并眼部疾病的20例患者作为对照组。比较治疗组手术前后与对照组单眼及双眼静态最佳矫正远视力，在双眼最佳矫正状态下测定不同水平运动速度的运动视标的分辨能力。结果术前，治疗组15°／s、30°／s、60°／s、90°／s的运动视标分辨力均高于对照组（P ＜0.01）；术后，治疗组15°／s、30°／s、60°／s、90°／s的运动视标分辨力低于治疗前（P＜0.01），对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组15°／s、30°／s、60°／s、90°／s的运动视标分辨力比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术前，治疗组0～15°／s、15～30°／s 及30°／s～60°／s 的视力差值变化均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；术后，治疗组0°／s～15°／s、15°／s～30°／s及30°／s～60°／s的视力差值变化低于治疗前（P ＜0.05），对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组0°／s～15°／s、15°／s～30°／s及30°／s～60°／s的视力差值变化比较差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论超声乳化白内障吸除联合IOL植入术可有效提升年龄相关性白内障患者的运动视标分辨能力，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the changes of dynamic visual acuity after ultrasonic emulsification cataract combined with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in patients with age-related cataract.Methods A total of 20 patients with age-related cataract scheduled for ultrasound emulsification cataract combined with IOL in PLA 474th Hospital were chosen as treatment group,and another 20 patients with no eye diseases for physical examination were chosen as control group.Monocular and binocular best corrected vision acuity at static condition,dynamic visual acuity under best corrected condition at different horizontal motion velocities of the two groups were compared before and after operation.Results The dynamic visual acuity at speeds of 15°/s,30°/s,60°/s and 90°/s in the treatment group before surgery was higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After surgery,the dynamic visual acuity at all the four speed levels in the treatment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),which compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); and between before and after surgery in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before surgery,the dynamic visual acuity changes manifested in 0-15°/s,15-30°/s and 30-60°/s in the treatment group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the dynamic visual acuity changes manifested in 0-15°/s,15-30°/s and 30-60°/s in the treatment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),which compared with the con-trol group,had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); and between before and after surgery in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsifica-tion cataract combined with IOL implantation can effectively improve the dynamic visual acuity of age-related cataract patients,which is worth promoting.
