超声新技术诊断甲状腺癌的应用进展

摘要

甲状腺结节的检出率不断攀升，但结节的良恶性鉴别仍是影像诊断的难点。 B 型和多普勒超声检查作为甲状腺首选的影像学检查方法，对甲状腺病变的诊断具有高度敏感性，在临床上得到了广泛应用和认可，但在鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节方面特异性不高。三维超声、超声弹性成像和超声造影等新技术的迅猛发展，大幅度提高了诊断甲状腺癌的特异性。%Differential diagnosis of thyroid cancer from benign lesions is still a challenge to imaging doc-tors with the increasing incidence of thyroid nodules.Ultrasonography has become one of the important nonin-vasive diagnostic methods to evaluate patients with thyroid nodules with high sensitivity ,though they lack spe-cificity in differentiating benign from malignant nodules .With the rapid development of new technologies such as three-dimensional ultrasound,ultrasonic elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,the diagnostic spe-cificity of thyroid cancer has increased to a higher level .
