自拟益气固本方联合二甲双胍缓释片对初诊超重肥胖2型糖尿病代谢指标的影响

摘要

目的：观察益气固本方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗初诊超重肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月至2014年2月成都中医药大学附属医院内分泌科门诊收治的超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组单纯二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组采用益气固本方联合二甲双胍缓释片,益气固本汤方水煎取汁,100 mL,口服,每日3次。二甲双胍缓释片1．0 g口服,每日2次,两组疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、体质指数、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果观察组和对照组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较治疗前下降( P<0．05或P<0．01)。治疗后观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于对照组[(5．9±1．1)%比(7．1±1．6)%、(5．2±1．4) mmol/L 比(6．7±1．5) mmol/L、(9．3±2．8) mmol/L 比(10．2±2．5) mmol/L、(1．7±1．0) mmol/L 比(2．4±0．8) mmol/L、(3．5±1．1) mmol/L 比(4．8±1．2) mmol/L、(1．8±0．7) mmol/L 比(2．9±0．6) mmol/L,P<0．05或P<0．01]。结论益气固本方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗能明显改善初诊超重肥胖2型糖尿病患者的代谢指标。%Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Guben herb formula combined with metformin on metabolic markers of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with overweight or obe-sity. Methods Eighty type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with overweight or obesity from Department of Endo-crinology of Teaching Hospital of Chendu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during Mar. 2011 and Feb. 2014 were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group was treated with only metformin,the observation group was treated with Yiqi Guben herb formula treatment in combination with metformin. Yiqi Guben was made decoction,100 mL,oral,3 times a day. Metformin sus-tained release tablets 1. 0 g orally,2 times a day,both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Various indications such as fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,body mass index,triglyceride,total cho-lesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group and the control group were significantly decreased than before treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). After treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,tri-glyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were significantly low-er than those in the control group [(5. 9 ± 1. 1)% vs (7. 1 ± 1. 6)%,(5. 2 ± 1. 4) mmol/L vs (6. 7 ± 1. 5) mmol/L,(9. 3 ± 2. 8) mmol/L vs (10. 2 ± 2. 5) mmol/L,(1. 7 ± 1. 0) mmol/L vs (2. 4 ± 0. 8) mmol/L,(3. 5 ± 1. 1) mmol/L vs (4. 8 ± 1. 2) mmol/L,(1. 8 ± 0. 7) mmol/L vs (2. 9 ± 0. 6) mmol/L,P<0. 05 or P<0. 01]. Conclusion Combination of Yiqi Guben herb formula with metformin can effectively improve the metabolic indication of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with overweight or obesity.
