经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术在肝细胞癌中的治疗进展

摘要

肝细胞癌( HCC)最有效的治疗手段是手术切除,而临床上HCC患者手术切除率低,复发率高,单纯手术切除不能满足临床治疗要求。经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术( TACE)是一种目前广泛应用于HCC治疗的手段,是非手术治疗的主要措施。随着技术的发展,TACE的应用范围不断扩大,治疗效果不断改善。该文就TACE在HCC治疗中的技术原理、治疗现状、适应证、禁忌证、HCC综合治疗中的作用、并发症及其存在的问题与展望进行综述。%Operation resection is the most effective therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) . But in clinical practice,operation resection alone could not satisfy the requirement due to the low operation resection rate and high recurrence rate. Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization( TACE) is widely used in the treat-ment for HCC as a main non-operation therapy. As the development of the technique,the application of the TACE is being expanded,and the therapeutic effect is being constantly improved. Here is to make a review of the basic principles, current status of treatment, indications, contraindications, effects of combination with other treatments,complications,problems and prospects for TACE on HCC.
