Osteoporosis and osteoporosis caused fractures have become a worldwide public health problem seriously harming the human health,though its cause has not yet been defined. In recent years,many scholars studied on the pathogenesis of OP,among which the regulation of bone metabolism of insulin-like growth factor-1 has received more and more attention.
