缝隙连接与心脏疾病的研究进展

摘要

Gap junction is a special membrane channel between adjacent cells, which connects cyto-plasm,mediates electrochemical signals between the adjacent cells. More and more studies have shown that gap junctions is closely associated with the occurrence,development and treatment of all kinds of heart dis-ease. In-depth understanding of targeted therapy for gap junction protein,may provide a new train of thoughts for the treatment of various heart disease. Here is to make a review of the research progress of the correlation between gap junction and heart diseases in recent years.%缝隙连接是存在于相邻细胞间特殊的膜结构通道，它连接相邻细胞间的细胞质，介导细胞间的电化学信号。越来越多的研究显示，缝隙连接与各种心脏疾病的发生、发展及治疗均有密切联系。深入研究缝隙连接蛋白的靶向治疗，可能为各种心脏疾病的治疗提供一种新思路。该文就缝隙连接与心脏疾病关系的研究进展予以综述。
