冠状动脉微血管性心绞痛发生机制和诱发因素及治疗学研究进展

摘要

Coronary microvascular angina is a clinical common disease.The main pathogenesis is the coronary blood flow reserve function decline,endothelial dysfunction and inflammation.Helicobacter pylori, low estrogen levels and emotional factors may induce microvascular angina.The mechanism of conventional western medicine treatment is only a simple intervention of the disease course ,without adjusting holistic mech-anisms,while the traditional Chinese medicine uses medicines under the guidance of the many traditional theo-ries,trying to achieve "integrated coordination of multiple effects",thus to restore the body balance,and pre-vent and treat the disease.%冠状动脉微血管性心绞痛是目前临床常见病，其发病机制主要有冠状动脉血流储备功能下降、内皮功能障碍、炎症等方面。幽门螺杆菌、雌激素水平过低、情绪等多因素可诱发微血管性心绞痛。在治疗上，西药作用机制单一，只能从单方面介入病程，不能从整体机制进行调节，而中医在各家理论指导下用药，能起到“多因微效，整合协调”、恢复人体机体平衡、防治疾病的作用。
