胆囊切除术后综合征的诊治进展

摘要

With the deepening of the research on postcholecystectomy syndrome ( PCS) ,it has been rec-ognized that PCS is a syndrome,rather than a definite diagnosis.The etiologies of PCS are extremely com-plex,and can be summed into two main categories:biliary and non-biliary factors.By clinical checkups such as medical imaging and digestive endoscopy in combination with the data of patients′clinical manifestations and medical history,definite diagnosis can be made in most cases.Treatments mainly include internal medi-cine therapy,endoscopic and surgical management.The majority of PCS cases are preventable by completing the preoperative checkups,comprehensive and objective medical history analysis,and associating with cholan-giography,choledochoscope during the surgery.%随着人们对胆囊切除术后综合征（ PCS）研究的逐渐深入，已认识到 PCS是一个症候群，而非一个明确的诊断。 PCS的病因极其复杂，目前主要归结为胆管因素与非胆管因素两大类。临床上通过影像学、消化内镜等检查并结合临床表现、病史等资料一般可找到明确的病因。治疗方法主要有内科治疗、内镜及外科处理。胆囊切除术前完善相关检查，全面客观地分析病史，术中辅以胆管造影、胆管镜检查，多数PCS可得到预防。
