从肾论治冠心病的研究概况

摘要

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of multiple diseases of the cardiovascular system,which shows a trend of rising year by year along with the aging of population .Traditional Chinese medicine has no concept of CHD,which is usually defined as "thoracic obstruction", "heart pain"and "real heart pain". CHD is positioned in heart,but related to five viscera.Heart and kidney influences each other both in physi-ology and pathology,therefore CHD can be treated by recuperating kidney.Fruitful results have been yielded in treating CHD from renal conditioning.Here is to make a review of the related literature in recent years to guide the clinical practice .%冠心病是心血管系统多发疾病之一，并随着人口老龄化呈现逐年上升的趋势。中医学无“冠心病”病名，根据其症状将其归属于中医学“胸痹”“心痛”“真心痛”的范畴。冠心病的病位在心，并与五脏相联系，心与肾在生理及病理上相互影响，可通过调理肾脏来治疗冠心病。冠心病从肾论治的研究取得了丰硕成果，该文将近几年相关文献进行综述，以指导临床。
