硬化疗法治疗临床难治性瘘的应用现状

摘要

Fistula is a common complication of surgery in clinical .In currently,sclerotherapy had been used widely, such as varicose veins,hemorrhoids,esophageal varices,cysts,hemangiomas.At the same time, it could react acute aseptic inflammatory allows local tissue in local organizations, to achieve the purpose of closing fistula by mucosal edema and fibrosis .So it’ s also be used to treat some refractory fistula in clinical, and had good results.This paper we will have a review in the application status of sclerotherapy treat in re-fractory fistula.%瘘管是外科常见的临床并发症。目前，硬化剂治疗已被广泛应用于治疗下肢静脉曲张、内痔、食管静脉曲张、囊肿、血管瘤等；同时硬化剂可使局部组织发生急性无菌性炎性反应，黏膜水肿、组织纤维化从而达到使瘘口闭合的目的。因此，硬化剂也被用于临床上一些难治性瘘的治疗，并取得了良好效果。该文就硬化剂用于难治性瘘的临床治疗予以综述。
