膝骨性关节炎治疗进展

摘要

The knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease , the major clinical manifestations are knee pain and dysfunction.With the developing of medical technologies, international and domestic scholars have carried on the thorough studies on treatment of knee osteoarthritis, the concept of treatments are also changed, transferring from symptomatic treatment to etiological treatment , and some new treatments are e-merged.This article aimed to summarize the related research progress of knee osteoarthritis treatment , and provide some reference for clinical therapy.%膝骨性关节炎（ KOA）是退行性疾病的一种，临床表现为膝关节疼痛及功能障碍。随着现代医药技术的发展，国内外学者对KOA的治疗进行了深入研究，治疗观念也由对症治疗转变为对因治疗，注重早期发现、早期治疗，并提出了不少新的治疗方法。该文旨在对 KOA 治疗的相关研究进展予以综述，以供临床治疗参考和借鉴。
