尿毒症患者睡眠障碍研究进展

摘要

Sleep disorder is one of the serious problems in the current health of uremic patients .Along with the progress of medical technology,the prolongation of the survival time of patients,the severity of sleep disorders as an independent evaluation and predictor of t the quality of life and high mortality in patients with uremia has drawn more and more attention.Sleep disorders have a variety of manifestations,including insom-nia,sleep apnea,restless legs syndrome,excessive daytime sleep,nightmares,muscle pain,etc.Therefore,it is important to understand the epidemiological characteristics and etiology of sleep disorders , and to develop effective evaluation methods and treatments to improve the long-term prognosis of the patients.%睡眠障碍是困扰尿毒症患者生活质量的一个严重的公共卫生问题。随着医疗技术的进步以及患者生存时间的延长，睡眠障碍作为独立评价预测尿毒症患者生活质量和高病死率的指标日益受到重视。睡眠障碍表现形式多种多样（包括失眠、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不安腿综合征、日间睡眠过多、噩梦、纤维肌肉痛等），了解睡眠障碍的流行病学特点、病因学的发病机制、有效的评估方式以及治疗进展对提高患者的远期预后有重要意义。
