β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血红细胞的流变学行为

摘要

珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血又称地中海贫血（地贫），临床上最为常见的是其β分型。近年来随着血液流变学发展，关于β-地贫红细胞流变学行为的研究也愈发受到关注，其变形性、聚集性和细胞膜稳定性则是较为重要的三种流变学性质。目前对β-地贫红细胞的研究已证实，其变形能力下降、聚集性上升、细胞膜稳定性明显降低，三者性质同时发生改变提示其红细胞流变学行为异常。而通过对该方面更加深入的研究，将会指引一个诊断治疗及预后的新方向。%β-thalassemia is the most common phenotype in thalassemia.In recent years, with the devel-opment of hemorheology, the rheological behaviours of erythrocyte in β-thalassemia conditions are becoming more and more attention,as well as the three important rheological properties of β-thalassemia are deform-ability, aggregation behavior and cell membrane.At present, the studies has proved that the erythrocyte inβ-thalassemia conditions has decreased deformability, enhanced aggregation behavior and unstable cell mem-brane, the three properties change at the same time means its abnormal rheological behaviors.Therefore, it will guide a new direction of the diagnosis and treatment or prognosis through the more deeply studies .
