微RNAs( miRNAs)在转录后水平对基因表达的精细调控是目前非编码 RNA研究的热点。miRNAs通过与靶基因信使RNA 3′端非翻译区序列互补性结合,引起靶基因信使RNA的降解或翻译抑制,从而实现在转录后水平对基因表达的负调控。 miRNAs在肺癌等多种人类疾病的发展中扮演着重要的角色。迄今为止,功能已明确的miRNA 及其靶基因数目不多,因此 miRNA-信使 RNA的数据挖掘成为重要的研究手段。%The fine regulation of gene expression of miRNAs is a hot spot in the post transcriptional level of gene expression research.Through the combination with the 3′-UTR of target gene,miRNAs can lead to the degradation or translation inhibition of target gene mRNA ,thus realize the negative regulation of gene expres-sion in the post transcriptional level.miRNAs play an important role in the development of lung cancer and other human diseases.So far, the function of miRNA and its target gene are less known , and mining the miRNA-mRNA data is an important research approach.
