Vaspin与心血管疾病相关的研究进展

摘要

As the newly identified adipokine , visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor ( Vaspin) has become the research hot spot because of its close relationship with obesity ,diabetes and cardio-vascular diseases.Currently,there are more and more researches on Vaspin,which not only has been demon-strated the anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerosis role in vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells,but also has been confirmed its correlation with cardiovascular diseases ,such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction in clinical researches.%内脏脂肪组织来源的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂 Vaspin作为新近发现的一种脂肪因子，因其与肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病等关系密切而成为研究热点。目前对Vaspin的研究逐渐增多，Vaspin不但在血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞中发挥抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化作用，在临床研究中其还与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）、颈动脉硬化和脑梗死等心血管疾病也有相关性。
