Objective To analyze the effect and significance of twin pregnancy chorionic villi nature on the maternal pregnancy complication and the perinatal prognosis.Methods Toal of 92 twin pregnancy women treated in Chengdu Women and Children′s Center Hospital from Mar.2013 to Mar.2014 were selected as the research objects,according to the nature of the chorionic villi,the patients were divided into single villi group(n=28) and double villi group(n=64).The maternal pregnancy complications and peri-natal prognosis were analyzed and compared.Results Gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,placental abruption,amniotic fluid excess incidence of the double villi group were 3.1%(2/64),0.0%(0/64), 4.7%(3/64),4.7%(3/64),lower than the single villi group [21.4%(6/28),28.6%(8/28),17.9%(5/28),32.1%(9/28)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the twin transfusion syn-drome,low birth weight incidence,neonatal asphyxia incidence, perinatal child mortality of the double villi group were 0.0%(0/64),18.7%(12/64),7.8%(5/64),4.7%(3/64), lower than the single villi group [10.7%(3/28),42.8%(12/28),28.5%(8/28),17.9%(5/28)],the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of chorionic villi nature in early pregnancy is beneficial to prevent the complications of twin pregnancy and improve the prognosis of perinatal infants .%目的：分析双胎妊娠绒毛膜性对孕妇妊娠期并发症及围生儿预后的影响及意义。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月成都市妇女儿童中心医院产科收治的双胎妊娠产妇92例作为研究对象，根据绒毛膜性质分为单绒毛膜组（28例）和双绒毛膜组（64例），对两组母体妊娠并发症及围生儿预后情况进行分析比较。结果双绒毛膜组的妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压、胎盘早剥、羊水过多的发生率分别为3．1％（2／64）、0．0％（0／64）、4．7％（3／64）、4．7％（3／64），均低于单绒毛膜组的21．4％（6／28）、28．6％（8／28）、17．9％（5／28）、32．1％（9／28），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；双绒毛膜组的双胎输血综合征、低出生体质量儿、新生儿窒息率、围生儿病死率分别为0．0％（0／64）、18．7％（12／64）、7．8％（5／64）、4．7％（3／64），均低于单绒毛膜组的10．7％（3／28）、42．8％（12／28）、28．5％（8／28）、17．9％（5／28），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论双胎孕妇早期进行绒毛膜性质诊断，有利于临床工作人员对双胎妊娠并发症及围生儿预后行及时有效的预防。
