氢分子的生物医学研究进展

         

摘要

氢气作为一种无色、无嗅、无毒的抗氧化剂为众所知。近期有研究报道,氢气可有选择性地清除羟基和过氧亚硝基阴离子而不影响其他具有生理功能的活性氧类物质,其在临床治疗上的作用引起人们的关注。与传统抗氧化剂相比,氢气有诸多优点,如选择性抗氧化作用、快速扩散至靶点、抑制细胞凋亡、减轻纤维化等。该文就氢气的最新研究进展进行综述,希望能为认识和研究氢气在医学方面的应用提供参考。%It has been well known that hydrogen is a colorless,tasteless and odorless antioxidants.The current study reported that hydrogen can selectively scavenge hydroxyl radicals and peroxynitrite without affecting the activity of reactive oxygen species with physiological function,and its role in the treatment of diseases has caused people′s attention.Compared with the traditional antioxidants, hydrogen has many advantages,such as selective oxidation,quick spread to the target point,inhibiting cell apoptosis and reduc-ing fibrosis etc.Here is to make a review of the progress in the laboratory and clinical research ,hoping to provide some reference for further research of hydrogen application in medicine .
