白细胞介素22在肠道损伤修复中的研究进展

摘要

Interleukin(IL)-22 owns dual abilities to serve as protective versus proinflammatory cytokines in different tissues and local microenvironments.IL-22 is characterized by several unique functions in intes-tine,including stimulating epithelial cells to produce various antimicrobial peptides ,promoting mucins release and goblet cell regeneration.In addition,IL-22 plays a protective role in the broken epithelial barrier caused by the human immunodeficiency virus.IL-22 contributes to the improvement of chronic colitis and promotes wound healing from acute intestinal injury .IL-22 becomes an attractive and promising target for future inflam-matory bowel disease therapy,though more specific mechanisms of IL-22 still need further exploration.%白细胞介素22(IL-22)在不同组织及疾病中发挥截然相反的作用(即促进炎症及抑制炎症). IL-22在肠道的主要生物学作用包括刺激肠上皮细胞产生抗菌肽、促进黏蛋白释放及上皮杯状细胞再生,此外,IL-22 在人类免疫缺陷病毒感染引起的肠黏膜功能破坏中也发挥了保护作用. IL-22在慢性结肠炎症及急性肠道损伤修复中均发挥了重要作用,其作为炎症性肠病的治疗靶点,受到越来越多的重视,但其发挥作用的更多具体机制仍需不断探索.
