西妥昔单抗治疗结直肠癌的不良反应及防治方法

摘要

近年来,结直肠癌发病率不断提高,严重威胁人类健康,表皮生长因子受体的IgG1人鼠嵌合的单克隆抗体西妥昔单抗广泛应用于结直肠癌的治疗.尽管西妥昔单抗为结直肠癌患者带来福音,但它仍有许多不良反应,如皮疹、输液反应、无菌性脑脊髓膜炎等,给患者带来痛苦,严重时临床医师不得不减量使用,甚至停用.该文旨在研究西妥昔单抗的不良反应及防治方法,减轻西妥昔单抗治疗所带来的不适,也为西妥昔单抗临床用药提供依据.%In recent years,with the increasing of morbidity of colorectal cancer,it becomes a serious threat to human health.Cetuximab,a human/mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody against the epidermal growth factor receptor,is widely used in colorectal cancer.Cetuximab has many adverse reactions such as rash,transfusion reaction,aseptic meningitis,which are painful to the patients,although it brings evangel for the patient,therefore the clinicians have to reduce its dose,even stop the medication in serious cases.Here is to study the adverse drug reaction,prevention and treatment of cetuximab to provide the basis for the clinical application.
