磁共振成像诊断非酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展

         

摘要

非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是导致慢性肝脏疾病的主要原因,即使其演变是良性的,也有可能发展成非酒精性脂肪性肝炎,甚至肝硬化、肝癌.因此,诊断NAFLD显得尤为重要.虽然肝活检是诊断肝脏疾病的金标准,但目前磁共振成像技术在诊断肝脏脂肪变性方面发展迅速,并具有较高的准确性.现从定性及定量两方面总结了磁共振成像在NAFLD诊断方面的进展,阐述了各项技术的成像原理及优缺点.其中,质子密度脂肪分数在定量NAFLD方面具有较好的效果,但未来仍需要更多的研究对其可靠性及准确性进行评价.%Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the major cause of chronic liver disease,even if its evolution is benign as it has the potential to develop into non-alcoholic steatohepatitis or even hepatic cirrhosis and hepatocellular carci-noma.Therefore the diagnosis of NAFLD is particularly important.Although liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagno-sing of liver disease,nowadays,magnetic resonance techniques has developed rapidly in the diagnosis of hepatic steatosis and has high accuracy.Here is to summarize the progress of magnetic resonance imaging in NAFLD from qualitative and quantitative aspects,and expound the imaging principle,advantages and disadvantages of various techniques.Among them, proton density fat fraction has good effects on quantitative NAFLD,but more studies are needed to evaluate the reliability and accuracy of this method in the future.
