妊娠期低甲状腺素血症对妊娠结局及后代的影响

摘要

In recent years ,the incidence of thyroid diseases in pregnancy women is on the rise .Hypothyroxinemia dur-ing pregnancy is mildly abnormal thyroid function status ,although at present the study of about the influence factors of gesta-tional thyroid dysfunction and the mechanism is not perfect , the topic has been gradually attracting attention of scholars since low thyroid hormone levels during pregnancy may have an adverse effect on pregnancy outcome and offspring .There-fore,in the first trimester of pregnancy ,thyroid function should be screened .For early pregnant women with hypothyroxine-mia,it is necessary to improve relevant inspection , explore the reasons , and give early and effective intervention , so as to reduce the occurrence of undesirable conditions .%近年来,甲状腺疾病在我国妊娠期妇女中的发病率呈上升趋势.妊娠期低甲状腺素血症是甲状腺功能轻度异常的状态,虽然目前关于妊娠期甲状腺功能异常的影响因素及机制的研究并不完善,但由于妊娠期低甲状腺素血症可能会对妊娠结局及后代产生不利影响,日渐受到学者们的关注.因此,应该在妊娠早期进行甲状腺功能的筛查,对妊娠早期出现低甲状腺素血症的孕妇进一步完善相关检查,探索发生妊娠期低甲状腺素血症的原因,进行早期、有效的干预,减少不良现象的发生.
