AQP在人胃肠道不同部位表达与功能的研究进展

     

摘要

Gastrointestinal aquaporins(AQP) is a kind of specific type protein family,transporting water molecules through the gastrointestinal tract.Their specific funnel-shaped tertiary protein structure could quickly help gastrointestinal cell membrane transport water molecules,and thus participate in the water secretion,absorption,and regulation of water balance inside and outside cells of gastrointestinal tract.The study on the abnormal expression of AQP is of great significance for discorders related to abnormal water absorption and secretion of gastrointestinal tract.The expression and type of AQP in the stomach,small intestine and large intestine are different,and the molecular biological methods are also different.So the exploration of AQP physiological or pathological features of different parts of digestive tract,can open up a new approach for digestive water secretion related diseases.%胃肠道水通道蛋白(AQP)是一类特异性转运水分子的蛋白质家族,通过其特殊性的漏斗形三级蛋白结构,可以帮助水分子快速的通过胃肠道细胞膜,从而参与胃肠道水分的分泌、吸收及细胞内外水平衡的调节.研究AQP的异常表达对研究胃肠道水分泌吸收异常相关疾病有重大的意义.AQP在胃、小肠、大肠中的种类及表达量不同,研究AQP时所用的分子生物学方法也不同.因此,探索消化道不同部位AQP的生理、病理特点,可以为消化道水分泌相关疾病开辟新途径.
