代谢组学技术在肝毒性生物标志物筛选中的应用

摘要

Metabolomics has been defined as the qualitative and quantitative measurement of analyzing endogenous small metabolites in biofluids and biological tissues to evaluate the effects induced by pathophysiological stimuli under the background of system biology.Hepatotoxicity is one of the main safety problems in the process of drug development,which causes the limited use and even withdrawal of the drugs.With the development of analytical techniques and the study of metabolomics,metabolomics has been more widely used in pharmaceuticals industry.%在系统生物学背景下,代谢组学通过定性定量地分析各种生物体液或组织中的内源性代谢物变化,来评价病理生理性刺激物对机体的影响.肝毒性是药物研发过程中一个主要的安全问题,导致上市药物的使用受限甚至药物退市.近年来随着分析手段的不断完善、代谢组学的不断发展,代谢组学的研究在医药学领域得到了更加广泛的应用.
