维生素E在新生儿的临床应用进展

摘要

维生素E是高级哺乳动物血清及细胞内大量存在的脂溶性抗氧化物质之一,它以α维生素E的活性形式在机体代谢并在生长发育过程中发挥着至关重要的作用.由于围生期因素和食物种类的局限,新生儿尤其是早产儿成为维生素E缺乏的高危人群,因此需予以重视.在儿科临床中,维生素E常发挥抗氧化、维持红细胞完整性、调节体内DNA合成等作用.它与其他药物联合应用在治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、贫血、硬肿、高胆红素血症、尿布皮炎等方面效果显著且影响深远.%Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant which abounds in advanced mammalian serum and cells .It plays a crucial role in the metabolism and growth and development process in the form of α-tocopherol .Since perinatal factors and limitations of the type of food ,the newborn especially preterm children are at high risk of vitamine E deficiency .In neonatal clinical,vitamine E is mainly used for antioxidant effect , maintaining the integrity of red blood cells ,regulat body functions such as DNA synthesis .It is used in combination with other drugs in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalop -athy,anemia,scleredema,hyperbilirubinemia,effect of diaper dermatitis has significant and far-reaching influence.
