盐酸氢吗啡酮在麻醉中的应用研究进展

摘要

Hydromorphone(HM) as a potent opioid analgesics,primarily plays the analgesic effect through exciting theμ opioid receptors of the central nervous system. HM is superior to morphine in the physical and chemical properties,anal-gesic use,as well as safety and efficacy,and is currently widely used for cancer pain,acute and chronic pain,and so on. HM used in clinical anesthesia is less researched,plus that the drug has a racial difference,i. e. the race is likely to affect the clinical efficacy and safety,therefore a more comprehensive understanding of HM in clinical application of anesthesia safety and effectiveness is needed,so as to achieve better clinical results.%盐酸氢吗啡酮(HM)作为强效阿片类镇痛药，主要通过激动中枢神经系统μ阿片类受体发挥镇痛作用。HM 的理化性质、临床镇痛应用以及安全性和有效性均优于吗啡，目前被广泛应用于癌痛、急慢性疼痛等方面。而HM 用于临床麻醉镇痛的研究较少，加之该药具有种族差异性，其临床疗效和安全性可能受到种族因素的影响。因此，需要更全面了解 HM 在临床麻醉中应用的安全性与有效性，使其更好地应用于临床麻醉工作。
