宫颈癌与阴道微生物关系的研究进展

摘要

Changes in vaginal microb play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive tract diseases.Human papillomavirus(HPV) infection is known to be associated with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer .Although HPV infection rates are high , only a small number of HPV infections persist and eventually develop into CIN and cervical cancer .Current research suggests that the changes of vaginal microbes are mainly associated with race,douching,estrogen levels,smoking and sexual intercourse .The composition of the cervix microbe is also changing with the different stages of cervical cancer ,from the initial Lactobacillus spp ,as the dominant genera into increased vaginal microbial diversity gradually .Currently,the treatment of cervical cancer is mainly surgery ,complemented with radiotherapy and chemotherapy .%阴道微生物的变化在女性生殖道疾病的诊治中发挥着重要作用.已知高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈癌有关,HPV感染发生率高,但只有少部分持续存在,最终发展为CIN及宫颈癌.目前研究认为阴道微生物的变化主要与种族、阴道冲洗、雌激素水平以及吸烟、性交等有关.子宫颈微生物的组成也随着宫颈癌的不同阶段在不断变化,由最初以乳酸菌属为优势菌属逐渐转变为阴道微生物多样性增加.目前宫颈癌的治疗主要以手术为主,放疗、化疗为辅.
