上颌扩展技术的研究进展

Maxillary expansion technique is used to treat maxillary transverse deficiency and upper dental arch constric -tion commonly encountered in clinical.For adolescents,whose palatal suture is not closed,palatal suture can be opened by rapid expansion and slow expansion to solve the problem of lateral maxillary development insufficiency.For adults,the sim-ple expansion of the arch cannot realize the expansion of the bone,the micro-screw implants and auxiliary surgery can be used to assist rapid expansion of the arch,thus solving the problem of lateral development deficiency.In recent years,due to the demand for aesthetics and comfort,the invisalign has been arising,which has significant effect in arch expansion.%上颌横向发育不足是临床上常见的错851743rn畸形,可通过上颌扩展技术治疗.对于青少年,由于腭中缝未闭合可通过快速扩弓、慢速扩弓打开腭中缝解决上颌横向发育不足.对于成年人,单纯的扩弓无法达到骨性扩展,可通过微螺旋钉种植体辅助快速扩弓、外科手术辅助快速扩弓来实现腭中缝扩展,从而解决横向发育不足问题.近年来,由于人们对美观舒适的要求进一步提高,隐形矫治兴起并在扩弓方面效果显著.
