乳磨牙根管系统的研究进展

摘要

With the development and spread of pediatric dentistry ,it is very common to treat pulp and periapical disea-ses of deciduous teeth with root canal therapy .The root canal system of deciduous anterior teeth is simple but the deciduous molar is very complex .The knowledge level of clinical dentists to deciduous molar root canal system directly affects whether the treatment will be successful .However , few literature about the root canal system of deciduous molars were reported because it was hard to acquire complete deciduous molars due to the absorption of roots .With the use of new technology , there are more and more studies of root canal system of deciduous molar .At present,the studies of root canal system are mainly focused on the number of root canals .With the gradual unification of the number of root canals in the deciduous molars,the classification of the root canals will become the main direction of the future research .%随着儿童口腔医学的发展与普及,临床对乳牙牙髓病、根尖周病进行根管治疗已经非常普遍.乳前牙根管系统较为简单,乳磨牙根管系统复杂,而临床医师对乳磨牙根管系统的了解程度直接关系到根管治疗的成功与否.但因乳牙牙根生理性或病理性吸收导致难以获得完整的牙体标本,故以往对乳磨牙根管系统的研究报道较少.随着新技术的使用,对乳磨牙根管系统的研究越来越多.目前,对乳磨牙根管系统的研究主要集中在根管数目上.随着对乳磨牙根管数目认识的逐渐统一,根管的分型将成为未来研究的主要方向.
