可吸收形状记忆髋臼骨折固定器用于粉碎性髋臼骨折的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨可吸收形状记忆髋臼骨折固定器用于粉碎性髋臼骨折固定中的效果及安全性.方法 选取第二军医大学附属长海医院2014年6月-2016年2月收治的粉碎性髋臼骨折125例,按固定材料分为观察组63例和对照组62例.观察组予以可吸收形状记忆髋臼骨折固定器,对照组予以弹性钢板联合拉力螺钉内固定.随访12个月,观察两组固定效果、骨折愈合和关节面、髋关节功能恢复及手术并发症发生情况.结果 观察组固定优良率、骨折愈合和关节面恢复优良率、髋关节功能优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 可吸收形状记忆髋臼骨折固定器用于粉碎性髋臼骨折固定临床效果较好,安全性较高.%Objective To investigate effect and safety of absorbable shape memory acetabular fracture fixation device in treatment of comminuted acetabular fractures.Methods A total of 125 patients with comminuted acetabular fractures admitted during June 2014 and February 2016 were divided into observation group (n =63) and control group (n =62) according to different fixation materials.Observation group was treated with absorbable acetabular shape memory fixator,while control group was treated with elasticity plate combined with tension screw internal fixation.All patients were followed up for 12 months,and fixation effect,conditions of fracture healing and articular surface,recovery of hip joint function and complications were observed in two groups.Results In observation group,excellent and good rates of fixation,fracture healing,recovery of articular surface and hip joint function were significantly higher,while incidence rate of complication was significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Absorbable shape memory acetabular fracture fixation device in treatment of comminuted acetabular fractures may achieve good effectiveness and safety.
