Objective To investigate effectiveness of Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction and its effects on neurological impairment score scale (NIHSS) score and Barthel index.Methods A total of 98 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted during October 2015 and December 2016 were divided into control group (n =49) and observation group (n =49) according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with Clopidogrel,while observation group was combined with Atorvastatin on the basis of treatment for control group,and all patients were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions,and NIHSS score and Barthel index before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores were significantly lower,while Barthel index values were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.01);in observation group,NIHSS score was significantly lower,while Barthel index was significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction may achieve good effectiveness,improve neurological function and life quality with good safety.%目的 研究氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗进展性脑梗死(stroke in progressing,SIP)效果及对神经功能缺损程度评分量表(NIHSS)评分和Barthel指数影响.方法 选取遵化市人民医院2015年10月-2016年12月收治的SIP患者98例.根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组49例.对照组应用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗,均连续治疗4周.比较两组总有效率和不良反应发生率、治疗前后NIHSS评分和Bar-thel指数.结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,Barthel指数高于治疗前(P＜0.01);观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,Barthel指数明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗SIP的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者神经功能,提高生活质量,且安全性较高.
