孕妇妊娠中期与临产期凝血四项和D-二聚体检测结果追踪

Objective: The present study aims to track the results of four conjunctive blood coagulation tests (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) and D-dimer (d-dimer, d-d) in pregnant women, to analyze the above indicators in different pregnancy period, and to explore the clinical significance of the test. Methods: Results of coagulation four and D-dimer test were collected and analyzed from pregnant women in our department of genetics and eugenics, from January 2015 to June 2017. Results: Results of PT and APTT were significantly decreased (P<0.05) in pregnant women at labor period compared with those at middle pregnancy, while TT was longer (P<0.01) and FIB and D-Dimer were significantly higher (P<0.001) . Conclusion: Coagulation four and D-Dimer should be monitored in pregnant women from middle pregnancy to parturient period, in order to observe the blood coagulation function momentarily.%目的:追踪孕妇妊娠中期与临产期凝血四项(PT、 APTT、 TT、 FIB)和D-二聚体(D-D)项目检测结果,统计分析在不同妊娠期以上指标的变化,探讨其检测的临床意义.方法:收集2015年1月～2017年6月我院遗传优生科门诊孕妇妊娠中期"中妊羊穿"血浆凝血四项和D-二聚体项目检测结果,追踪孕妇临产期在我院产科住院待产时凝血四项和D-二聚体检测结果,比较不同孕期以上检测指标的变化差异性.结果:统计结果显示孕妇临产期与妊娠中期对比PT、 APTT检测结果明显缩短(P＜0.05); TT检测结果明显延长(P＜0.01); FIB、 D-二聚体显著升高(P＜0.001).结论:孕妇妊娠中期到临产期应定期联合检测凝血四项和D-二聚体,以便随时观察孕妇凝血功能.
